Hi there, just wondering if anyone had any experience with using old English tests for further leave to remain. I was lead to beleive that the FCE that my wife took back in Oct 2014 would be valid indefinitely test-wise, and valid indefinitely in terms of UK immigration i.e at the FLR stage, and she would not need to retake another test at the FLR stage. She got B2 so the grading itself is fine but am I right in assuming that this test is still valid as it "has been used previously for UK immigration purposes" even though FCE is not a currently valid test. This is how I read what it states on the UKIV sites.
