UK spouse visa - living at home
Hi all!
I'm planning to apply for a visa to bring my wife over to the UK, however still living at home with parents to save for a house deposit.
Does anyone know what proof of adequate accomodation I need my family to provide?
I'm also interested in which documents MUST be original and which are OK to be notarized copies.
thanks a lot!!

Hi Slav,
I am in the same situation as you. I will be providing a signed letter from my parents stating that they are happy for my wife to live with us and also my parents tenancy agreement, and a signed letter from our housing company stating that our home is big enough for 6 people (4 of us live at home at the mo).
As per your second question, I will be sending in original marriage certificate/both original birth certificate for me and my wife, my wife will be sending in her national ID and passport and I will be sending in a notarized copy of my passport.
