UK Spouse Visa - HELP - Dependent children on form?

UK Spouse Visa - HELP - Dependent children on form?
Hi
My wife is applying on-line, and got through to the IHS payment with a bill of $2,700.
During the application, it asks if there are any 'Dependent Children'. She put yes as we have two children. But, they are in the UK with me, and have UK passports and birth certificates, and are already registered at their local GP.
We are confused now! Should she say no in this section on the on-line form?
Please help urgently!

Without knowing exactly what she has written where it’s difficult to say for sure but she shouldn’t be paying $2700.
