UK Spouse Visa granted - Very Special Work situation
I have a very special case that I feel seems to be okay but I need to share to get some thoughts.
I have recently got my UK Spouse Visa, I have already made my first entry and got my BRP. Now I am back in Germany to sort out some lose ends. My intention was that I will give up my job here in Germany and then find another one in UK, but my company in Germany offered me to work with them from UK as 100% Home office. I have accepted their offer and I like my job here. So in my case, my German contract will continue which later on will be changed to a UK contract (after Brexit). My salary will be paid in in UK and will be paying all my taxes in UK as well. I am wondering if this is will be okay towards my 2nd Visa extension, PR and British Citizenship? |

As the applicant you can choose to work, study or do nothing. Living in the UK whilst working remotely for a German company is absolutely fine providing you pay your correct income tax and National Insurance contributions.
