B. UK Passport Bio page (attested copy by Post Office).
C. 12 Months Bank Statement (original printed in branch on their letter head and
stamped).
D. 12 Payslips (original attested and signed by the employer).
E. Employment Contract (signed and stamped by the employer).
F. Letter from Employer stating employment type, salary and term (original on letter
head, signed and stamped).
G. Employer/HR Officer business card.
H. Rented Self-contained Accommodation Contract (original and copy).
I. NOC Letter from agent (original).
J. Recent Utility Bills (Original).


iii. Applicant’s Documents

A. Cover Letter (Original).
B. Current and Old Passports (Original and Photocopy).
C. 2 passport sized photos (45mm x 35mm).
D. NIC card (Original and Photocopy).
E. Birth Certificate (Original and copy).
F. NARIC English Language Proficiency Certificate "CEFR B1 graded" (Original).
G. NARIC Undergraduate University Degree Certification (Original).
H. University English Medium Certificate (Original and Photocopy).
I. University Degree/Marks Transcript (Original and Photocopy)
J. Home Country Employment Contract (Original and Photocopy).
K. Employment Card (Certified Copy and stamped).
L. TB test Document (Original and Photocopy).


iv. Marriage Documents

A. Urdu Nikkah Nama Attested by MOFA (Original and Copy).
B. English Nikkah Nama Attested by MOFA (Original and Copy).
C. NADRA Marriage Registration Certificate Attested by MOFA (Original and Copy).

A. Photos (Engagement, Wedding and Family Gatherings).
B. Flight confirmations from visits (2016-2019).
