UK Spouse Visa - Additional Information
 

Hey, my wife just received an email for additional documents on the 10th of October.

Please provide the following documents:

Your sponsor's payslips covering the period 25/3/2018 to 13/8/2018, Which we had already sent in the first place.
Also, they are asking for a shorter period than I had originally sent, I just can't understand why.

I scanned what they requested to them to the email they provided, but heard no response (I'm unsure if thats the normal). I have also noticed on forums that they have been asking a few other people to send additional information, which they had originally sent. I can only assume there was a error in the offices or they're buying more time for themselves perhaps?

Has anybody else experienced this before and how long after the additional information request did you hear back from them? We are currently on our 30th Business day of the priority service.

Sounds as though not all the documents scanned? Others have had problems when scanning has been involved.

Send additional documents as they ask.
