UK Spouse Visa Accomodation question
Hi all,
I am gathering the required documents to sponsor my wife for a UK spouse visa. I am preparing the land registry and mortgage statements. However, the names on these documents are under mine and my ex-wife's name.
My wife now lives in the US with her new husband and we have a good relationship. We have a 4 bedroom house and I pay all the bills and just rent out one room to a friend to cover her part of the share.
Do I need a letter from my ex-wife stating that it's ok for my new wife to live at our house?
Any advise would be highly appreciated.
