UK Spouse Visa -- Accomadation Requirement Help!?
Hi,
I am currently in thr process of applying for a UK spousr visa for my husband. I have ran into a bit of a dilema. I live in a 2 bedroom house which i rent from the council, my mother lives with me and she is also applying for a UK Spouse Visa for her huaband. Would this cause a problem us applying for 2 visas from the same address ? Any advice would be great ? Thanks

I presume you have a letter from the council confirming it is OK for 2 couples to inhabit the house? Should be no problem as a couple is deemed to use one bedroom.
do not think there would be a problem with 2 spouse visa applications from the same address so long as each of you meet the financial requirements.
