UK Spouse Visa
I am honestly in tears. I have had more problems with my UK spouse visa than anything in the world. I have finally gotten my visa shipped off, paid for round trip courier through VFS global for 2 day shipping, but i mailed my package out 2 days ago, and it says it hasn't even left America yet! im so worried, my biometrics said i have 10 days to mail out my documents. I dont know if that means 10 days to receive them, or 10 days to just ship them out. If its 10 days for them to receive my documents im so worried im going to get a refusal at the hands of UPS not delivering my package when they should have, has anyone been in a similar situation?

The UK government have outsourced visa applications to VFS Global for, I think, 33 countries , including here in the Philippines, singapore ,UAE amongst others.

I'm sorry to hear that. Are you the US citizen? .... And your husband is British, right?You shipped your visa? Or your visa application?Who are they? What do they have to do with a visa application sent to the British government?Did you mail it or use a courier, or did "VFS Global" have something to do with this?Who says? WHAT WAS THE OUTCOME OF THIS, PURPLEX? I'M IN A SIMILAR SITUATION!
DOES THE TIME FRAME THEY GIVE START FROM THE MOMENT YOU PURCHASED A SHIPPING LABEL (WHICH IS DATE STAMPED FROM DAY BOUGHT), OR THE MOMENT YOU SEND IT OFF?

From the day you give your biometrics to the day they receive your supporting documents depending on who you speak to. Either way it’s going to take a while.
