Default UK SET M Visa Please HELP!

Please help. My husband and I thought we had a lot more time (until the end of February, actually) to complete my 5-year visa. Turns out, I only have until February 1st to complete the application. The main problem at the moment is the Life in the UK Test. There aren't any nearby test sites next week and the application form says it needs to be completed prior to the application being submitted. I'll have to travel pretty far (Scotland) next week to take the test on Wednesday. Is this necessary? Is there a way to extend my visa just until the end of February? Please help as soon as possible. The train ticket prices skyrocket and after shelling out 2500gbp for this visa I don't need the extra costs.

Thank you for your help!

When does your current spouse/partner BRP expire?

Then you’ll need to apply on or before 2 February and you’ll need your Life in the UK Test pass letter in hand when you do. A train ticket will be a lot easier and cheaper than another spouse visa.

Thank you for your help. Do you know if the Life in the UK test results are given immediately after or mailed?

You’ll be given the pass letter there and then.

Hi again! Thanks so much for your help with my earlier questions. I have another one for you. I passed my Life in the UK Test but they just gave me a leaflet with general information on it and told me to log in and take a screenshot. Does that sound correct?

Also, I'm a tad confused about uploading the documents. It says in one paragraph not to send off documents unless requested and in the next paragraph it states if you don't include all the documents then you're visa will be rejected and no refunds will be issued. I'm totally confused. It also says scan the passport. Is that the entire passport including the empty pages?

Thanks again for all your help!

Just checked and the system changed in December. You’re now given a unique reference number to add to your application form.

You need to upload all the relevant documents for your application. This doesn’t mean putting a least one document under every header on the upload screen - those are generic to help you put your documents into some kind of order for your ECO to assess more easily.

Yes, you should scan every page of your passport. Just be mindful of the size limit.
