What does the actual UK police record look like? My fiancée requested one
and what arrived looks like this one page letter, we were wondering if this
is the actual record that she can bring to the London Consulate.
"National Identification Service Authentic Document..."
National Identification Service
Subject Access Office
Room 350
New Scotland Yard...
...
Person Record
Prosecution/Conviction History....
...
Is this what the Consulate is looking for?
