UK passport fast-track service HELP?
my partner booked a fast track passport service about 2 months ago, but had to cancel it due to work reasons
can anybody tell me if she is now able to phone up and make another appointment for a same day passport?

Ring them and find out. It'll depend whereabouts in the country she is, how soon she needs an appointment, how much she is willing to pay and how flexible she can be.
