UK entry stamp missing on Passport

I'm really stressing now. My wife and I traveled to Germany in April for a few days. On our return, we used the EGate, totally forgetting about the entry stamp. So now there is no record of my wife entering the UK in her passport. Is this going to be a problem for her ILR application and if so, what can we do to rectify this?
We will ensure her employer confirms her return to work the next day but I am very worried this is going to be a big problem because of our oversight.

No issue. Just declare the absence on the application form along with all the rest. The Home Office will have an electronic record if she used the ePassport gate.

I did think that would be the case, but I'm overthinking everything at the moment.
Thank you once again :)
