UK Citizen - Dubai Job offer - spouse visa?
Hi,
I was wondering if you could help me.
My wife joined my in England from Pakistan and her spouse visa is due to expire in March 2019.
I work as a professional for the NHS.
My query is, I have been given a job offer from Dubai.
If I move, how can I apply for flr or ilr for my wife?
Will I no longer be eligible? Would it be better to wait, apply for FLR have that granted and then move?

Your wife cannot apply for FLR as a spouse of a settled person if you, her sponsor, are no longer in the UK.
