Transit visa needed?
A Ugandan friend is travelling to England. He has a UK visitor Visa but he will need to travel trough Amsterdam, Schiphol airport. He will get on a connecting flight to London without leaving the airport.
Will he need a transit Visa, or any other kind of Visa for The Netherlands?

Nationals of the following countries need an airport transit visa to change aircraft at an airport in a Schengen country | Publication | Government.nl
Uganda does not appear to be on the list, which suggest that your Ugandan friend may be able to transit via Schipol airport without a Schengen visa. However, your friend may wish to get in touch with the Dutch Embassy in Uganda with regards to his query.
