Hey Everyone

I just wanted to check with everyone on here. My tracker on TLS was updated to decision made early this afternoon but I am yet to receive an official email to say that the decision has been made other than an email from the UKVI Contact centre to say that decision had been made last week.

What I am trying to ask is what is your experience with TLS, how long between your TLS updating that the decision has been made and you getting your passport back. My understanding here was that TLS only updated the system to decision made when the passports had been collected from Pretoria and were on the way back to Johannesburg.

We never received decision made email when "Decision made" tick was done, only received email when "passport for ready for collection".
