Tittle of deeds help

Tittle of deeds help
I'm currently living with my Friend he has ordered the tittle of deeds to his house but its just a piece of a4 paper that says who owns the house. I think this is to basic because anyone could copy this. Can someone upload and example of the tittle of deeds the one that the home office requires please
