Is there anybody whose UK spouse visa expires the beginning of Jan?
Hello
I was granted 33 months of leave since I applied for my visa outside the UK and it expires 5 Jan.
Today I made an application and paid for IHS, visa application and UKVCAS.
The earliest appointment date available is 18 Dec. It seems express service is not available.
I'm nervous because it's just before Christmas holiday and my visa will expire just a few days after the new year.
I would have preferred earlier appointment if I had a choice.
Is there anybody who has a similar issue?
