Hi

Does anyone know if we can use Surinder sing route if you are a British citizen living in England and your spouse is non-EU. Can this route be used to bringer her to England?

Hi and welcome to BE. No, unfortunately that route's not available to British citizens living in the UK.

oh no :( but if I move to lets say Germany for a a job etc, then the spouse can enter based on this rule in Germany?

Yes. At least until March 29th next year.
