Supporting docs at NYC scanning hub
Hi all,
my wife submitted her biometrics for her spouse visa on 11/06. And sent off docs on 12/06 to the NYC scanning hub. She wrote priority on the envelope. On our UPS tracking, it shows the docs were delivered on 13/06.
I’m a bit worried as we’ve had no contact from VFS directly. Do VFS send an email that they’ve received the documents? Or do they just scan and that’s it? There’s no way I can see of contacting them.

Once you receive them back then you’ll know they’ll have been scanned.
