Subcontractor working under CIS scheme
Hi there,
I have a doubt about the financial requirements when you apply as a subcontractor under the CIS Scheme.
I was reading that a subcontractor working under the CIS scheme could apply under cat A instead of self employment, but now reading it better, I realize that says you can apply like 'salaried' employment.
Even if the sponsor is paid by hour (non salaried) it means they will count it as a salaried employment? Just because he is a subscontractor under CIS scheme?
Or they will count that as a non salaried employed regardless he fits in this subcontractor category?
Am I missing something in the translation?
I'm worried because we would meet the financial requirement if they count as non salaried employment, but won't meet if they count as a salaried employment.
Any advice would be much appreciated thank you
