Studying in Britain

I have a tourist visa valid for 6 months however I want to study in Britain for 3 months so do I need to apply for a student visa or should I just use my visitor´s visa or is it possible to change my tourist visa into a student visa whilst there.

Thumbs up to London!

Check on your visitor's visa itself. There are highly likely to be restrictions on what you can do while in the UK.

Then, check the Home Office's visa pages to see if you need to change your visa. I expect you probably do.
