Spouse Visa Savings Source question
I am returning to the UK with my Canadian wife asap and have listed my business for sale.
Question is
With the sale of a property one can make visa application without holding GBP62,500 for six months in a bank account..would the same apply with the proceeds from sale of a business ?
We would meet all the criteria in Appendix FM 1.7 7.4.10. except it would be from a business instead of property.
If anyone has the answer or knows where I can find the answer, we would appreciate it very much.
