spouse visa question regarding my employment
Hi all,
i am a british citizen born and bred in northern ireland.
i am planning to apply for my wifes visa from pakistan in the next few weeks. i have a concern regarding my employment. my annual salary far exceeds the minimum requirement by the uk but i currently work in the republic of ireland and have done for 2 years. i return home in the evenings so my permanent address is still in the uk and for tax purposes i also pay my tax in the uk. i am self employed and get paid in euros and then shift my money across to the uk.
i am concerned that this is complicated and whether it would be an issue?
i am due to start a new job in the uk for 3 days and so will be working in both countries. i will be providing my tax returns and sa302 as well as a confirmation letter from the accountant.
