Spouse Visa: Land registry shows charges against my apartment
Hello I am in the process of collecting all of the evidence required to put together an application for submission of a spouse visa for my wife.
With regards to the accomodation, I own a studio apartment freehold here in the UK, however there is an ongoing dispute regarding outstanding service charge fees. This prompted a charge to be put against the property which shows up in the land registry records.
My question: Could this charge against the property cause a refusal of the application? Will it affect my application in any negative way? The charge has been there since November 2016.
Thank you

I can't give you a definitive answer but I doubt it.
