Hi,

I (Australian Citizen) have been living in the UK for nearly 2 years now after arriving with my wife (British Citizen) and two children (Dual Citizens) on a Spouse Visa.

Unfortunately things have not worked out the best and my wife has left me. I don't want to move back to Australia and leave my children I have been looking on the gov.uk website and I think I may be eligible to switch my visa to a Family (Parent) Visa

I think I tick all the boxes. My children are under 18, my children are British citizens, I have full parental responsibility for one of my children (having two homes due to work commitments, she has lived with me the whole time), I play an active role in her upbringing, English is my first language, I have savings and a job which would satisfy the financial requirements.

Does anyone know any more and are able to help with some advise please.
