Spouse Visa Extension - Urgent Question

Hi all,
I am stuck with a question and disagree with my husband whether we answer no or yes to the following.

I have never applied before with another partner
I am in the UK already on Entry Clearance as Settlement: Wife (which therefore we have already applied and been granted)
This is my application for my first extension (after 2.5 years) for Further Leave to Remain

The confusion for me is that this is not a first application as already I have applied and been granted the partner route, but it is my first application for an extension.

If you’re applying for an extension then the answer is ‘No’.
