Spouse visa extension- FLR
 

Hi all

i am applying for my husbands spouse visa extension.

1- I am on maternity leave and earning statutory maternity pay which fluctuates between £550 - £650 per month. My maternity pay and my husbands salary together is roughly £1,800 per month. It normally varies but the minimum we ever received is £1,800 per month combined (maternity pay + my husband’s salary) do we meet the financial requirement?

2- in the application, under finance section, where it asks annual salary of sponsor, do I enter my salary before maternity leave which is much higher or do i enter my current salary which is statutory maternity pay.
