I have been following the discussion in this forum for a weeks now. It has helped me with preparing the documents for my wife’s application. Can someone please give feedback on the checklist below?
My Story: I am a British citizen with Indian and British Passport and have been living in the UK all my life. 2 years ago I got married to my wife who is an Indian National. I moved to India after the wedding and have been living with my wife in my father’s apartment ever since.
Now i have decided to move back to the UK. I have been working online for a UK company since 2015 and I am using my salary to meet the financial requirement, Category A. For accommodation, I rented a flat in London with a 6 month agreement last month when I travelled to UK.
