Spouse visa- child custody and father’s permission
Hi everyone,
I am a Turkish citizen, and my husband is British citizen. I also have a 8 years old daughter from my first marriage. Me and my daughter will apply for a settlement visa. I have a full custody of my child. And i will have her bilogical father’s notarized permission letter. But people say that this permission letter needs to have some special information and it should be more detailed than touristic visa applications and should be written suitable to the UK law. If anyone got that letter for UK government, which info did you include? Thank you.

I called one of the visa information office in my hometown Turkey, they wanted money to give me more information. And it was really expensive. They only told me that the letter from biological father has to be special and suitable for the UK law.
