Spouse Visa Check List.
Hey, after what seems forever gathering documents and waiting me and wife will be applying for her settlement visa in 2-3 weeks. I hope you could give me some feedback on what we have. Any advice will be massively appreciated.
Nationality Of Applicant : Philiphines

* Printed Online Application Form
* Cover Letter
* Old Passports
* Passport Copies
* 2 Passport Photos
* IELTS A1Life Skills Certificate
* Appendix 2
\- Sponsors Documents:
* Passport Copies
* 2 Passport Photos
* Cover Letter
\- Financial Documents:
* Employment Letter
* Letter from CIS confirming I am registered
* Letter from employer stating payment error and correction
* 6 Months Payment Slips (x13)
* 6 Months Bank Statements
\- Accommodation Documents
* Letter from sister
* Land Registry Title
* Recent Utility Bill
* Property Inspection Report
\- Relationship Evidence:
* Marriage Certificate (Translated From Japanese)
* Report Of Marriage (To Philippines)

* Pictures Together with friends and family
* Flight and Hotel Itinerary’s
* Cards from Birthdays and Anniversaries
* Proof of Living together in Japan ( Apartment contract and Resident Cards with address matching) - Also Translated .

make sure if your payslips are printed, they are stamped by the employer.
read the guideline on what should be included on that letter.
people here have said to date the pictures so you may want to do that . i would also include my employer contract ( not necessary but ideal) and p60
also remember to have a big settlement priority label on the parcel when you send it that is assuming you use priority .
they don't need your passport photos, you need to supply a certified passport copy i would say for the sponsor. you can get it done in postoffice

I cant get my printed payslips stamped, but they are signed and dated by my employer. Hopefully this is sufficient.
