We don't have boarding passes for my husband's visits to see me. We do have flight tickets. Is this going to be a problem?

Re: Spouse Visa Approved - my list and timeline
No, it wont become a problem as it is just a supporting document, it's not a requirement that you need to submit. You can point it out with the stamp of the passport of your husband. Just state it in the letter the dates that your husband visited your country and you can show to them the copy of the passport stamp to prove that your husband truly visited your country.

Re: Spouse Visa Approved - my list and timeline
Hi all,
My wife's passport returned yesterday with her Spouse Visa inside and we are over the moon! I first of all want to thank everyone on this forum for the help that they have given me. It has been invaluable.
The least I can do is share my requirements list and timeline on here that for me were the winning formula. I will advise however that everyone's situation is unique and your own list may vary a little or a lot depending on what is going on in your life.
Fees
Visa Cost - £1,350 (incl. overseas bank charges)
IHS/NHS charge - £635 (incl. overseas bank charges)
Also, if applying from Cebu (Philippines), there is an extra £50 fee just for a laugh.
Total cost - around £2,000. A lot more if you factor in the costs for the English Language test, TB test and the travel between these places.
Submitted Requirements:
General
Timeline
Application made online - 21st December 2016
Documents submitted - 27th December 2016
Email from UKVI stating that decision has been made - 13th February 2017
Most nervous night of my life - 13th February 2017
Visa and passport collected - 14th February 2017
Total actual days from document submission to visa collection: 49 days
Hope this helps

Hello, Marty.
Your post will be very helpful as I'm currently preparing my spouse visa application.
I just have a clarification. You mentioned the submission of the ff:
> Application form - this was the one printed on the online application right?
> Appendix 2, - is this a form to be filled out? Cause when i downloaded i saw it was just financial requirements.
Also, your wife took the A1 test right? How long till she got the results.
Lastly, what category is the spouse visa in the online application? Is it a settlement-wife
Thanks in advance!😊😊

Take screenshots via the mobile phone, email the screenshots to an email address or dropbox and then get them added in to a word document and print it out.

Re: Spouse Visa Approved - my list and timeline
For the TB test you need to email or phone them and you have to go to Manila as they don't have it in Cebu. Try this site it might help http://jansleisureblog.com/uk-tb-test-guide/
And for English Test I need to know what type of visa you are applying for, if it is for spouse visa then you need A1 IELTS life Skills Test, their website is https://www.britishcouncil.ph/exam/ielts-uk-visa-immigration.
I hope it helps.

Re: Spouse Visa Approved - my list and timeline
If your visa is for spouse visa then your first visa to apply is leave to remain and you need atleast A1 IELTS Life Skills Certificate and for further leave to remain visa you need atleast A2 IELTS Life Skills Certificate and so on and so forth.
