Default Spouse visa

Hi... I am in the process of preparing Paperwork Spouse visa application. We got married last year August. I have ILR, he is in Africa.
I have 2 jobs one is salaried and I am paid in cash, would that be a problem? I have the payslips and NI has been paid.

I gave birth in June and took maternity leave on one job. Carried on with the other one as it’s easy working from home. Should I choose category B because of maternity pay from the other job?
Other than birth certificate, do we need other proof that he is the father?
Is it a problem if the bank statements show overdrawn balances?

thank you in advance.

Did you deposit your salary payments into your bank account?

No I didn’t deposit and therefore doesn’t reflect on the bank account. Only on the payslip.

You cannot use this income as you do not have any bank statements to show its deposits.
