Spouse Visa

I am a UK citizen. I recently got married abroad and would like to bring my wife over to the UK.

However, I have recently been offered a job in the Middle East.

Am I able to call my wife over to the Middle East and apply her for UK visa?

She will need to be a legal resident in the UK in which she applies. She will also need to either accompany to or join you in the UK. She can't live in the UK while you live in the Middle East.

Oh ok. Thank you very much for your help/info.

what if i apply for her visa to come to the UK and then can she come with me to the Middle Easy (Dubai)?

What would be the point of that? If you want her to live with you in Dubai then she'll need a visa for the UAE.

If you leave the UK for any considerable length of time i.e no live in the UK which is the whole purpose of the visa, then you won't get it renewed at the end of the initial 2.5 year period.

If you want to live in the Middle East get a visa for her to live there.
