spouse app form - Living with husband for less than 2 years

Hi

I'm currently under tier 4 student visa, Just got married. tier 4 expires in 3 months. I've started to look at the online application form for spouse visa. I'm a bit confused about several questions in the online form:

1. I've only started to live with my husband so I'm technically living with him now but if I tick the yes box to "are you currently living with your partner" it asks me to provide evidence of living together spanning 2 years, which I don't have because I used to live in student accommodation until recently. Should I tick the no box?
2. if I say no, at some point it asks when did I last see him. Should I fill in the date when I finally submit the application?

On another note, I remember hearing that if my husband's parents are providing us accommodations free of charge, it would be an issue if they receive benefits such as carer's allowance, I couldn't find this information now. Can anyone confirm this?

Thanks, Maggie

A previous BE member, in another part of the forum used to repeat some sage advice on filling in forms: answer the question as written, do not try to interpret or adjust the question to fit your circumstances. If the form is badly designed it isn't your fault, so don't fall into the trap of answering the question which you think they should have asked. And in your case, you cannot provide what you do not have - so provide evidence that you have cohabited with your husband since you got married, as that is all you have.
