Spousal Visa- Employment letter? accomodation letter?

Spousal Visa- Employment letter? accomodation letter?
Hi everyone,
Hope someone can help. What does the letter need to state for e.g length of time at work but what about the time given off? does it need to say in regards to settlement visa or for some time off? please help as he is currently in this position so we were wondering what is supposed to be written. accommodation letter? whts needed if staying with family? land registry, bills etc and saying that we can live there? even if they have relocated but still own that home? do u think that will be okay.
