Spousal Visa and Contract Employment
Hi, am about to be offered a short term contract paying about 91k in UK pounds.
Am seeking to sponsor my husband, but am concerned about applying based on a short term contract - has anyone submitted a spousal application on the basis of a short term contract? I currently live in Canada and also earn well over the income threshold here.
Naturally I'm a bit concerned about the short term contract stuff - the contract is for just 3 months, but it's highly likely I will secure a permanent job in this time too....

Providing you have also been employed in Canada for at least the last six months earning at least £18,600 then you'll be able to sponsor your husband.
