Settlement Visa Via at "F
I understand not to many people apply via this category, "F"..there if you have or any modes please let me know if i have missed anything. Got the accountant's letter with his CAEW and number on it
I will be applying by Wednesday this week...need to make sure i have all documents..
Documents For ECO (Control Office)
Applicant:
• Passport.
• Passport Pictures.
• Shared Expenses (Document Attached)
• Completed Application VAF 4A.
• Proposed Itinerary.
• Document refused Entry due to finance not in order for Settlement Visa
• Document why I went back after two weeks. (Family Funeral)
• Sponsor Documents
• Copy of passport Photo page (certified)
• Completed Application Appendix 2.
• Utility Bills (Home insurance, BT, Council Tax bill).
• Letter from Sponsor supporting the relationship
• Documents from accountant pertaining to the business from the first day it came into existence.
• Signed letters and documents from accountant
• Letter from accountant with registered CAEW Number.
Financial Documents:
• Business account April 2015 to April 2016 Bank Statements. (Account –xxxxxxx)
• Personnel Account April 2015 to April 2016 Weekly Pay (Account – xxxxxxx)
• Tax Return 2016 (SA100)
• Self Employment Short 2015 – 16 (SA103S)
• Tax Calculation Summary (Self Assessment SA110)
• Tax calculation Result for 2015 – 16 (SA302)
• Tax Payment /Repayment Summary (Due January 31 2017)
• Proof of UTR Taxes paid.
• SUO 7/12 documents.
• HMRC Online filing log
• Tax Return for the Year ending April 5 2016
• Tax Years April 5 2015 and April 5 2016
• Class 2 National Insurance (National Insurance contributions)
• Accounts for the year ending June 20 2016 (xxxxxxxxxxx)
• Accountants Letter for the Business from the Accountant. (xxxxxxxxxxx)
• Accountants letter stating his registration and CAEW MEMBERSHIP NO #xxxxxxx
• Accommodation evidence:
• Original Tenancy Agreement
• Letter from Council /Landlord giving permission to live in the House.
• Relationship evidence:
• Marriage certificate (original)
• Photos of the marriage
• Boarding passes and tickets for all five occasions visited.
• Emails, Messenger chats, Tango, Pictures
