Hi,

I am new to this forum and exploring my options wrt minimising the amount of time I will have to be separated from my wife and kids doing the earnings route of the spousal settlement visa. I noticed mention in quite a few posts on this forum re the Settlement priority visa service (mostly form people in the States). My question is, as this is just a web link and can be accessed from anywhere in the world UK Visa Information - United States of America - User Pay Services,
can I make use of this even if I am applying from say South Africa, where I can't seem to find this option at all. Or is this for US citizens only?
