Sending supporting documents
My husband is applying for his settlement visa from the US and I am in the UK. We've had some problem sending documents back and forth (arriving late and damaged!). Is it possible for me to send the documents from my UK address to Sheffield rather than my husband send them from the US. What about his passport as he will need this for his biometrics?
Thanks in advance!

Re: Sending supporting documents
I'm not sure about the USA, but our UK base solicitor sent supporting documents from the UK.
It just needs to be done within 10 days of biometrics.

Thanks Nora. Where were you applying from? Did you submit the passport with the documents?

Re: Sending supporting documents
Im also in a similar situation...
Do I need to bring all my supporting documents to my Biometrics appointment?
Would it be possible to send my documents to my husband in the UK and he can insert all his documents and copies into the package and then forward on to Sheffield?
