Self employed in family partnership
Hi All
super confused here
I am British, been in Australia 8 years with Aussie hubby and two dual nationality kids
I am desperate to go home
My hubby is the applicant, he is a farmer. We are both partners in his family's farming business.
I am the sponsor. We are self employed, but each a partner in the business along with partners' parents.
My tax returns are done by the business accountant in Aus. I earn over the threshold. But that money does not hit my personal bank account.
I have a business credit card that I buy things and some money hits my personal account and some money I use direct from the farm bank account.
Also all bills are paid for by farm, I live in a house on the farm for free. Utility bills are in father in laws name but at the adress we live in.
Can any of this count?
Every other aspect of the application is done including a job offer in UK and accommodation. Just the last 12 months income
