Scanned vs Originals
 

Hey everyone. Happy Saturday!!

We submitted our application 11/22. I'm so excited. You know the nerves.

However, the immigration lawyer "sponsor" told my husband that I didnt need originals when it came to the employment letter, bank statements and payslips. He stated that the only things that needed to be originals where my passport and the marriage license.

Is that the case?

I have my bio metric appt on wednesday then ill be mailing everything to the new york office.
