Default questions on the surinder singh route

hi im hoping to do the surinder singh route and just have a few questions and hopefully you will be able to help:

what documents do the ukba ask for when applying in the uk after you have completed the surinder singh route?

what paper work is needed when applying for the eea family permit in france in order to come back to the uk.?

is there anything specific we need to do straight away when we arrive in france?

thanks

We had to attend Worlbridge offices in Paris.

https://www.visainfoservices.com/pag...plication.aspx

Non-EEA fingerprints and photo is taken "The biometrics"
We supplied
1/ Original marriage certificate.
2/ Translation of marriage certificate, which had been notorised and legalised.
3/ Both our passports.
4/ Original renting contract for 3 months.
5/ A mixture of original and copy's of "Hours worked by EU citizen"
6/ A mixture of original and copy's of "Tax deductions from EU citizens monthly wages"
7/ A 50mm thick file folder of our relationship history, all originals, going back 4 years.
8/ We made a book of photographs, going back our 4 years, showing photos taken with both of our family's when we had visited them.
9/ Last but not least, the printed copy of the on-line application form, with "head and shoulder" I.D. photos of non-EEU.

We provided an abundance, and overwhelming amount of historic documents, to prove our relationship before marriage.

Hi, not wishing to split hairs, but since the PAYE system doesn't work in France and everyone makes a Tax Declaration the following year, shouldn't the "Tax deductions" under number 6 above read "social security contributions"?
Otherwise, this is the sort of info that we couldn't give the OP on the France forum!

The deductions are several, so you are right, they are not just tax deductions.

Contributions always has be smiling, I was under the impression that "contributions" were voluntary.

But anyway, I know what you mean.
