Processing Times + Emailing
 

I saw elsewhere that processing times were updated in Sept but they seem to have disappeared entirely for certain European countries. Any idea why? I know everything is sent to Sheffield now but then why do US, for example, still have settlement timelines?

Second question - I contacted via email to enquire about application and got a pretty generic response within an hour or so. I then emailed back with another question but never received a response (2 days), I assumed I was ok to do this since it references not paying for any subsequent emails on the gov.uk website. Has anyone else responded to an email and gotten an answer?

First question - Not sure why that have done that.
Second question - some people have had a reply back after a week or so, some never get a reply back, some get replies back after weeks. It varies.
