I knew about the change to Bogota, not sure if that is a good change or bad. So I guess I have to choose Buenos Aires from the list.
Visa applicants in Uruguay should continue to submit their applications at the Visa Application Centre (VAC) operated by our commercial partner VFS in Buenos Aires.

50% within 30 days.

Doesn't mention priority processing. Maybe they don't offer it. Would this appear as an option once we start the application online?
ah yes Bogota says 79% within 30 days.

Maybe this is applicable to our application?
UK Visa Information - Colombia - User Pay Services
