Priority Service Option

Hello,

I've noticed that it seems everyone is applying for spouse visas via the priority service.

I've look on the website, and can see two types of priority services (well, there's actually quite a lot)

Is the above link the correct one?

or this one?

I'm assuming it's the last link I sent, which costs $793 USD (in addition to the £1,523 GBP spouse visa fee)
