Thanks so much. I will consider the consular birth registration. Have gone through the link you sent and also the requirement. My questions are can I still register for this certificate at my age am 33 years old? And also on the requirements list i can get all those scan results,blood test and the rest again.

i just got a text from a friend, he said for me to get my passport I need to first register. I think what he means is me obtaining citizenship first. How through is that?

You can apply for consular birth registration so long as you are born on or after 1 January 1983.
