Please i need help.

Hi, I'm a half british and a half filipino. My mom and dad were still married, but they haven't communicate for 13 years, in short they are not legally seperated. I have a friend there in England, and she wants to help me to get there in England. I am 18 years old now but im a filipino citizen. what should i need to get for my documents to stay in England? i want to finish my studies there and i want to have a job. Thank you in advance to those who will answer. God Bless!

Moving this to the UK citizenship/visas section as I suspect there's a chance you're a British citizen, but the forum pros will be able to help you figure it out.

Good luck and welcome to BE.

If your father was born in the UK and was married to your mother at the time of your birth then you are a British citizen and you need only apply for your British passport. Be aware however that the Philippines is considered a high risk country for fraud so your application is likely to take several months to process.
