Payslips (+ Employment Letter)

Hello,

I'm about to submit my application for the spouse VISA within a couple of weeks (and once I receive my latest payslip). As per the below blurb from the Apendix;

(b) A letter from the employer(s) who issued the payslips at paragraph 2(a) confirming:
(i) the person’s employment and gross annual salary;
(ii) the length of their employment;
(iii) the period over which they have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; and
(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).
From the above criteria, point iii mentions the pay period.

There are my payslips so far:

January - 18/12/18 -
December - 28/11/18 - 18/12/18
November - 29/10/18 - 28/11/18
October - 28/09/18 - 29/10/18
September - 28/08/18 - 28/09/18
August - 26/07/18 - 28/08/18

My 2 questions:

1. In the employer letter, do you list out your 'payment period' as I have above? I've just taken the 'pay date' from my payslip and used the paydate from the previous month.
2. I got paid early in December, as what most employers do around Christmas. Do you think this will be a problem? January's payslip will most likely be 18/12/18 - 28/12/18

Hope that makes sense.

Thanks!
