Paying for my bio-metrics appointment.

Ok, I've submitted the online application, I've booked my biometrics appointment and noticed it said if I do not pay for it within 3 hours the appointment will be cancelled, then it took me to a page to pay for my health care surcharge (which I paid) but then I never saw anywhere to pay for the biometrics appointment and it says the location I'm going to does not accept credit cards.
have I already paid for it with the health care surcharge? help?
